Il curry, inteso come piatto tipico della cucina del sud est asiatico, è una cosa seria e ci sono infinite ottime ricette. La versione di casa mia può essere definita una pallidissima evocazione, nulla di più... ma ha il pregio di essere pronta in 15 minuti, giusto il tempo di cuocere il riso.
